YBCSA successfully passed the quality system audit of Volkswagen.

On July 16, 2025, Volkswagen's quality system team arrived at YBCSA to start a two-day quality system audit. This audit aims to comprehensively evaluate its performance in quality management, production processes, product control and other aspects to ensure that it meets Volkswagen's high quality standards.During the audit, the Volkswagen team went deep into the production line, conducted meticulous inspections on all links, carried out in-depth exchanges with personnel from various departments of the company, and consulted a large number of documents. In the face of strict audits, all employees of YBCSA actively cooperated, and successfully passed various audits with a solid system operation foundation, standardized production management process and excellent product quality.On July 17, the audit was successfully concluded, and YBCSA passed the Volkswagen quality system audit. This achievement is not only a high recognition of the quality management work of YBCSA, but also lays a solid foundation for the two sides to deepen cooperation in the future.

The tie rod test of YBCSA’s laboratory was approved by BYD test qualification

On May 28, important good news came from the testing center of YBCSA: its tie rod test was successfully approved by BYD's passenger car suppliers. This breakthrough marks that its tie rod is fully capable of independently completing the BYD’s rod project test.During this qualification review, the IO team of the SSP Division showed strong cohesion and professionalism. Under the overall leadership of the person in charge, Shang Haisong, the team members overcame difficulties with firm determination and tenacious perseverance. With the EKEA project as the core breakthrough, they adhere to a rigorous and meticulous attitude, conduct in-depth analysis of each test method word by word, and accurately match it with the test equipment one by one. After three months of unremitting efforts and continuous struggle, the team finally successfully passed the audit and won BYD's test qualification recognition. This achievement is not only a high affirmation of the team's professional ability, but also lays a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the two sides.

YBCSA supporting the M9 project intermediate shaft was successfully mass-produced

On April 3, 2025, YBCSA received a letter of guarantee for the submission of intermediate shaft parts for the M9 project approved by the customer. This marks another win for the company in the field of high-end electric vehicles.As we all know, the high-end electric vehicle brand of HarmonyOS represented by Wenjie is developing rapidly, with high recognition from end customers and broad market development prospects. As the company's key development customer, the M9 project had received great attention from the company's leaders at the beginning of the project. The brand had extremely strict requirements for supplier quality control, and because this project was a B point development project, the customer had put forward more stringent requirements for YBCSA than A point suppliers in terms of R&D, quality, service and cost. The entire project team completed the development process from supplier certification, sample production, test evaluation, and output pull in 7 months, and at the same time comprehensively optimized the company's traceability management, incoming material management, and on-site management.With the mass production of mid-to-high-end projects such as TSL, Cadillac, Zeekr and Wenjie, it means that YBCSA's products have been widely recognized by the automotive industry. This has laid a solid foundation for the company to further internationalize.

Ford customers in Turkey visit YBCSA

Recently, Ford customers Buyran and Tayfun from Turkey visited YBCSA. Zhang Haoyang, Wei Yonghui, deputy general managers of YBCSA, as well as R&D engineer Wang Minghao and quality engineer Wang Yongkai, warmly received the visitors.During the visit, the two sides had an in-depth introduction and exchange on the overview and main products of YBCSA.
